We’re so excited to talk about the debut of Men and Style, a book of curated essays and interviews by a incredibly stylish man and RandM friend, David Coggins. David so kindly reached out to Rob for one of the book’s interviews, and we can’t be more thrilled to be a part of this project.
In this book, David sought to explore men’s style not as a set of rules or do’s and don’ts, but as personal stories. Through his essays, interviews, and considerations, David brings life, humor, and a touch of nostalgia to the wider journey of men’s style. These are reflections on everything from masculine identity to bad mustaches. Style is a formative journey, and David’s interview questions take that journey through childhood, proms, and awkward phases, right up to current wardrobe staples and personal brand. As Glenn O’Brien so eloquently put it in his forward, “Fashion is an industry; style is culture.”
